THE STORY OF EROS
Eros was founded in 2022 with a mission to provide light-weight, surrealist, and androgynous designs that are applicable for everyday wear as well as formal settings.
The founder Alicia Gong, who realizes traditional precious metal casting results in very heavy, thus impractical designs; decided to create this brand with 3D sculpting and printing technologies. With this new process, jewelry design is no longer limited to a certain forms; allowing more dramatic silhouette that are more wearable for the body. Customers no longer need to worry about polishing or all the things that will tarnish your jewelry--most of these problems are avoided or at least alleviated with 3D printed designs.

COMMON QUESTIONS
IS 3D PRINTED RESIN JEWELRY BODY SAFE?
We understand the common concern of 3D printed resin being potential hazardous to the body, and despite the quality of the resin we choose for our products, there are still chances that people get allergic reactions. It is important to note that: we don't sell any body piercing jewelry in resin that most customers experience issues with, and none of our products are intended for more than skin-contact! Most of our pieces are sealed either through electroplating or other finishes to further protect our customers. But please don't increase your own risks by improper use of our products.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you're not 100% satisfied with your products, please contact customer service through our email eros.official@gmail.com WITHIN 10 DAYS since the order was delivered. We will offer you a PRE-PAID return label with either a refund or a new product. If your order has been delivered for more than 10 days, you can still contact us with specifics through our official email.
HOW TO CARE FOR 3D PRINTED JEWELRY?
Generally, you want to avoid products being exposed under direct light and extreme heat. And again, our products are meant to be skin-contact jewelry only. When you place an order with us, your shipment will contain a more specific care card for your newly adopted babies. If you have any specific questions, feel free to shoot us an email!
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Currently we don't take custom orders. If your size isn't covered in our current size range (US 6, 7, 8, 9), please know that we are working on a more expansive range and adjustable designs for everyone!
